As many of you know I have recently moved in with my parents. My kitchen has halved and work too space down to a 1/4 of what it was. But my love of baking and PFB has gone nowhere!

A quick solution was required to store my previous generous cupboard full of PFB ingredients into this smaller space but this purchase from @ikeauk is perfect! (And surprisingly!!! PLASTIC FREE!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻)

I’m not yet able to store 10kg bags of flour (the dream the dream) but I’m one step closer!!!

The taste testing cookie boxes have been sent out!

Each willing recipetient have been sent 6 cookies, 3 vegan based, 3 from the original recipe. They will be asked to score each type of cookie (top vs bottom row) and send the results back to me.

This data will be used to help shape the future of Plastic Free Baker, and what sustainable changes I can continue to make without jeprodisring the delicious taste!

Yesterday I had the absolute honour of making this wedding cake for my friends! They had asked for a semi naked Lemon, chocolate, and bakewell layers.

I loved making this cake not just because I love the couple recieving the cake but also because it was the first cake I managed to make completely plastic free. It’s exciting to know and prove this is possible, and in doing so doesn’t take any elements away from what the couple asked for.
